EXCHANGE POLICY

At this time, Parking507® cannot process exchanges.

RETURN POLICY

We’re happy to process returns initiated within 30 days of purchase. Please note, however, that Parking507® cannot process returns for anything that’s been used, damaged, or altered. Gift cards are also ineligible for refunds and reimbursement.

You don’t have to worry about missing the best deal with us! If an item you’ve bought in the past week goes on sale, we’ll gladly refund the difference. Online price adjustments will only be given to you in the form of store credit. Anything purchased from our physical locations will be refunded in the method of your choosing.

DOMESTIC RETURNS

We’re sorry you’re unhappy with your purchase. Let us fix it. By choosing a return currency other than store credit, you agree to pay all applicable processing fees. Regardless of the reason behind your return, or the weight of items involved, Parking507® is unable to reimburse original shipping charges. With all the fine print out of the way, here’s how it works:

Go to your order history by clicking [here].
Find the order with the affected items and click the “Return this Order” button.
Select the unwanted item(s) and enter your reasons for the return in the applicable box.
Choose your preferred refund method at checkout.
Print your shipping labels and stick it to the outside of your shipping container.
Pack your items into a secured and padded container.
Drop your package off at your nearest UPS container.
Let Parking507® handle the rest!

Your refund will be processed 7 to 19 business days after receiving your items.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We make international returns easy! Just ship any unwanted items to the address below within 30-days of purchase:

To help get your order processed in a timely manner, write your order number on the outside of the box. All international returns will be processed in your original form of payment. We are not responsible for reimbursement of any shipping charges, duties, or taxes.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

At Parking507® store credit will be processed same-as-cash. Please note the following:

Store credit is not valid for use outside of our site or mobile app.
You cannot transfer store credit to another account or person.
All credit will be listed in US currency.
Use of our store credit constitutes agreement to Parking507’s [terms and conditions].
